How odd, the headline states 8 while the link states 7. I wonder if the politicians are putting pressure on news organizations like that orange douche in the oval office? Well, it doesn't matter either way because those number are still horrible, and nothing is still being done about it. Are you still wondering why?
That's the most important question we as voters must ask ourselves each morning when we see headlines like this. Why is nothing being done? We know law enforcement can only do so much. It's our politicians that we vote for who can change this culture of violence with simple legislation. Yet, here we are glaring at another sobering statistic of death and mayhem. Why are they not passing legislation? Why are they not doing anything but running ads about toilet seats and property owned? Why are we still wondering why?
