Still thinking why your politicians don't give a fuck? Well, it's not in their interest. There's no money in it for them if and when the shooting stops. They can't make deals with private prisons. They can't pass more dumber open/concealed carry laws. The NRA and ALEC will stop funding their campaigns for re-election.
