Meanwhile, our politicians continue ignoring the carnage. Another article from another source, points towards a "decline in community meetings" between residents and police. I wonder why? Actually I don't. Here in Chicago our police force has turned reactive instead of pro-active. They only engage residents when a call, or they actually see shit going down. From my studies, that not effective law enforcement. Never has, never will. Are you still asking yourself why?
