McCarthy: Tougher Gun Laws Would Save Lives « CBS Chicago
After all these decades someone has finally said what I've been saying? Is it just me, or does our little click down state, or better yet elected officials, haven't lifted a finger pushing any legislation for tougher sentencing laws? Why haven't they brought forth any legislation for dealing with straw buyers? And why on this earth haven't they cleaned up our fucked up criminal justice system? How is it possible for a douche-bag to get a felony conviction for a weapons violation, serve only a few months, and is thrown back on the streets, only to go out and buy another gun, and commit another felony?
What the fuck is that all about? Fix it!
