Well folks this isn't just random acts of violence. This is simply, insanity.
So they roll out the "we will be watching you program", and yet fail to address how these murderous monsters keep getting these weapons. When they do catch some of these ghouls, they slide them back on the streets within months.
I'm starting to get a strange feeling that they hold non-violent offenders longer then these murderous ghouls. Correct me if my instinct is wrong. Show me a statistic. This is simply, insanity.
