"It would still be illegal to drive under the influence of cannabis,
prescription or not, but Riverside Police Chief Tom Weitzel said police
won’t be able to reliably determine if someone is driving while high.
“Standard field sobriety tests for alcohol will not detect drug-impaired driving,” he said."
Is this guy incapable of doing his job or what? Blood-shot eyes, and the smell isn't enough? Is this clown appointed or elected? If he's elected, you need to show him a couple of stoners. If he's appointed, same rules apply.
I guess you now know the term people living in a bubble applies here. This guy certainly doesn't socialize much.
