You heard that bull-crap talking point about Illinois, and Chicago having one of the "Nations toughest gun laws"? Well that doesn't mean shit when you have some of the weakest sentencing laws in the nation.
Don't believe it? Go check out the other story about a couple of douche-bags charged AGAIN, with "sex trafficking". Or how about the in and out of jail rapper? How many parole, or probation violations does it take, for these judges, and criminal justice officials to finally throw those hands in the air, and say fuck it, come back before the bench in 10 or 15 years?
