Boy, 10: 'It's very painful to see your big sister get slaughtered'

Boy, 10: 'It's very painful to see your big sister get slaughtered'

Another day, and another senseless act of terror takes another innocent life. Not one piece of legislation proposed, or passed. Just talking from both sides. Some sane, some beyond insane.

Yet the bottom line here, there's another innocent life taken from loved ones because of an insane terrorist act.

1 dead, 2 wounded in Grand Crossing shooting

1 dead, 2 wounded in Grand Crossing shooting

So far no action from our elected "Leaders". I'm curious why they haven't classified them as terrorist yet? Hell, we all know they are. It sure can't be a constitutional issue, the Patriot Act put such questions to rest. So what's the hold up elected "Leaders"?

A violent Saturday leaves 7 dead

A violent Saturday leaves 7 dead

Seriously, it's way past time we begin charging these murderous, scum of the earth, as the terrorist that they are. How else will they realize how serious we are? Right now, they are laughing at you, and us. They know they will get a slap on the wrist, or worse yet, parole after not even serving half of the time given.

Seriously, it's way past time.

NATO protestors seek to overturn state's terrorism law

NATO protestors seek to overturn state's terrorism law

"So vague"? What the hell is this guy smoking, or drinking? This definition can, and should apply to all these mini-terrorist on our streets now. Why isn't it? Here, read the portion these attorney's are bitching about. :

defines terrorism as “intent to intimidate or coerce a significant portion of a civilian population.”

Funny, that's exactly what is going on now with these jerks on our streets.

1 killed, 1 wounded in Joliet gang shooting

1 killed, 1 wounded in Joliet gang shooting

Terrorism is like a virus. It mutates, and spreads. It pains me for yelling aloud, I told you so. But, this is only the beginning. I know how politicians play the game. They think amongst themselves, that as long as it isn't happening in their backyard, let them kill each other off. Well, thinking like that brought crack and meth to those very same backyards. And what was the end result? Panic.

Sadly, that's what it will take for those of small, bigoted minds to come to a realization, the monsters they created, are out of control. Panic.

CPS suspends Simeon's Smith, Morgan Park's Irvin

CPS suspends Simeon's Smith, Morgan Park's Irvin

Interesting. A "Spin Master" could have a field day with such an action. Let's take a walk down hypothetical lane. So this act of suspension could be taken as a reaction to the young man that was killed on that tragic night? Had these coaches behaved at a more professional level, things may not have spiraled out of control, that resulted in the killing? Remember now, we are in hypothetical land. So what the school administrators are saying in essence, is that had the men in charge, behaved like men in charge, things may not have taken such a turn?

Wow! That decision can lead to some massive lawsuits. It puts the blame (to a certain extent), right on the coaches. Hypothetically speaking of course.

Man, 19, seriously wounded in West Side shooting

Man, 19, seriously wounded in West Side shooting

Well, what do you think about this article? Is it time for all of us to call these terrorist acts? Why did he chase him? Did he know him? Were they rival gang members? Why wasn't he robbed? Until you get the full story, all we will know is that he was chased and shot. A very typical thing a terrorist does.

2 charged in slaying of teen after basketball game

2 charged in slaying of teen after basketball game

Weapon in the vehicle not properly stored. Why isn't that a felony? If the weapon isn't registered (Chances are very high it isn't), why isn't that a felony? What are the odds these two have criminal records? Why are they out on the streets? The shooting took place near a school, and it really doesn't matter what type of school, it was still a school. Why isn't that an automatic life, with no parole prison term? An innocent civilian, someone's child, went to go see a basketball game. He did not return home because of the actions of terrorist.

Teen at matchup between CPS basketball powerhouses fatally shot outside arena

Teen at matchup between CPS basketball powerhouses fatally shot outside arena

In all honesty, this just can't be used as an excuse. It should only strengthen the resolve of law enforcement, and the judicial system on getting a handle on senseless, terrorist activities by these insane perpetrators.

We get it. They knew they couldn't bring their weapons of mass destruction inside. So they withdrew into the darkness where their plotting could not be so easily detected. They knew once the game was over, they would spring into action, and cause the chaos the so gleefully waited on. Now, a child is dead, and they remain on our streets free to deprive another family of a promising child.

They must be dealt with as the terrorist that they are. They have declared war on us. It is time for our elected representatives, and prosecutors to do the same. Stop attacking law abiding citizens with your "Fees and Fines", and start handing out longer prison terms for these insane terrorist. No more slaps on the wrist. Give them an automatic 50 to life that they so truly deserve. Charge them, not us.

Emanuel sends City Council plan to toughen gun penalties

Emanuel sends City Council plan to toughen gun penalties

Oh! Not one damn thing about the TERRORIST that "Steal" or borrow such weapons. A "$1000.00 fine" for anyone not "Reporting" a gun stolen, missing, or transferred? WTF? What if they are out of town? Are you still going to slap them with a fine?

Not one brain fart from either of you about the TERRORIST running the streets with the guns. Not one sane idea on lengthening prison terms? I take it you never heard of the Patriot Act? It's there for you, should you decide charging these terrorist, as Fucking TERRORIST. And they wonder why the courts keep telling them every brain fart they come up with is Always against law abiding citizens, and unconstitutional. Let me help you out. The courts do this because you are not addressing the REAL problem. It's the TERRORIST STUPID! Or as you call them, gangs. Last time I checked, the Taliban does the same thing as these clowns. They kill innocents, and sell dope. See any difference? NOPE!

Man shot near Merchandise Mart loading dock

Man shot near Merchandise Mart loading dock

Say it isn't so? I told you this bullshit would spread. It always does. Remember when you thought "Crack" was a ghetto problem? It wasn't. It spread also.

So the question for you folks of elected office is this; when are you going to designate these jerks as terrorist? Do I really need to define it? Okay here you go:
1.
the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.
2.
the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.
3.
a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.

Obama to unveil gun violence package Wednesday

Obama to unveil gun violence package Wednesday

Well that may be all good, but it still doesn't address the terrorist element running wild across the country. Like the rest of you, I've noticed many states picking up the slack where our federal system has fallen short on gun regulation. Yet, they still, like our federal system, hasn't done anything addressing the terrorist running wild on the streets.

I'm down with re-instating the assault weapons, and high capacity magazine ban. I'm also down with universal/automatic background checks, and closing the open air market loophole. But we have to face the reality of our extremely weak sentencing laws around the country. Yes they vary state by state. But we have to send a clear and strong signal to these terrorist in our communities. If we don't, they will continue running wild on the streets.

Panel: Closing any CPS high schools would pose gang danger to students

Panel: Closing any CPS high schools would pose gang danger to students

Gangs? Don't you really mean terrorist?

Look, that's exactly what they are. They don't care about anything but lining their pockets, instilling fear in neighborhoods, and the destruction of innocent lives. I'm betting that city hall, and its cronies will not heed this advice, and start closing certain schools down for only one reason. Stuffing their pockets.

Times have changed. The cabal closes down a public school, and open a charter school in its place. Why? The answer is simple. Money. They don't give a damn that your child has to cross terrorist infested turf seeking an education. All of their little rug-rats attend private schools. It's a damn shame for ordinary people, when both sides, the terrorist, politicians, and their donors continue stuffing their pockets. Just watch which ones they close.

Man killed, 5 others wounded across Chicago

Man killed, 5 others wounded across Chicago

At the very least, the governor of New York showed some balls calling for serious legislation. What's your excuse Illinois?

The assault weapons ban is constitutionally sound, and so is a ban on high capacity magazines. So what's not sound on a required background check for all gun sales, and excessive ammunition buys? Don't give me that big government excuse either. Look at the invasion of privacy the GOP is trying to pull in state after state. You have to have car insurance if you want a vehicle. You must wear seat-belts when driving. There was no excuse for our politicians letting the assault weapons ban expire.  What's your excuse Illinois for still doing nothing?

1 killed, 1 wounded outside Old Town store

1 killed, 1 wounded outside Old Town store

The young man was about to marry. What, or how many more must pass on lawmakers before you take action? Last night I heard a woman call these ruthless, uncaring, minions of Lucifer exactly what they are. Terrorist. Yes, she said, "Terrorist".

The color of the skin is of no concern. They all kill because they have no other agenda, but instilling fear. That is what terrorist do. How long lawmakers? How many more must pass on?

AG Madigan asks full appeals court to review Illinois gun ban ruling

AG Madigan asks full appeals court to review Illinois gun ban ruling

" In ruling that Illinois must allow individuals to carry ready-to-use firearms in public, the 7th Circuit Court’s decision goes beyond what the U.S. Supreme Court has held and conflicts with decisions by two other federal appellate courts.  Based on those decisions, it is appropriate to ask the full 7th Circuit to review this case," Madigan said in a statement issued today."

Now that makes sense. You cannot make an idiotic ruling such as this, without acknowledging the main issue of "Public Safety". It is apparent these "Two" that ruled in favor, never considered such. This not only puts innocent civilians, but law enforcement, and all public safety personnel in serious danger.

Two dead after South Side shooting, West Side stabbing

Two dead after South Side shooting, West Side stabbing

How many more lawmakers? What will it finally take?

I'm sure some of you have heard of a sitting senators 19 year old son being busted for alcohol indulgence? What if this kid was out and about partying with the wrong crowd? All it takes, is being around one unsavory character, and the next thing you know, mayhem will ensue. I wonder if the 19 year old imbibes in drugs also?

What will it finally take?

At least 9 wounded by gunfire across Chicago

At least 9 wounded by gunfire across Chicago

It's getting to a serious silly point isn't it? Well, as with the laws of predictability, people will begin abandoning the city.

Is this what you want Mr. Mayor? Trust me, it will happen.

Man visiting Chicago suffers graze wound while walking dog

Man visiting Chicago suffers graze wound while walking dog

What will it take lawmakers? If you are afraid that passing this following suggestion cannot stand constitutional standards, think again. There's this National Law called "The Patriot Act". Last time I checked, it's still law.

So here's the suggestion. Any, let me put caps on that. ANY person caught with an illegally obtained firearm must do 20 years with no parole. It's not cruel, nor unusual. The person with such a weapon has already committed a crime, which by the way should be a mandatory FELONY in all States. No more of this "Slap On The Wrist Shit". No more "I'm holding it for a friend". Such a weapon has no business in the hands of a criminal/terrorist. When you come back from your little vacation, and the new session begins, close the No Background Check Loophole at gun shows/open air markets. And if you feel 20 years is pretty tough, make it 10 with no parole. You can also slap that prison term on the schmucks that purchase these weapons for this rotten element of society. Criminals, terrorist, and the douche-bags that buy these weapons for such, must finally realize this cannot stand.

Look, you make us jump through hoops just to own a gun, or rifle for home protection. You make us pay out the ass with your various fines, and fees. Meanwhile these criminals/terrorist are free to find some schmuck to waltz into a store, or open air market, and get one hassle free.

So go ahead, ban the assault weapon and high capacity magazines, we as sane gun owners don't need them. But you better knuckle down and finally do something about the Broken Law already on the books. Up The Prison Term for ANYONE caught with an illegally obtained weapon.

Prosecuting a war against heroin

Prosecuting a war against heroin

If you do anything with your free time, read this article. These terrorist are not running around everywhere shooting each other, and innocent civilians for nothing. They are doing it for control of this vile drug. Marijuana isn't the cause of this mayhem. It's this crap.

Aurora ends 2012 with no homicides

Aurora ends 2012 with no homicides

The second largest city in the state, and they have sane people living there. Maybe Chicago should take a peek at what works there. You know, simple shit, like having a cop outside gun stores and open air markets?

Deterrence is key when attempting to lower violence. Throughout history we have learned the "Death Penalty" doesn't work. We have learned "Embarrassing" people doesn't work. We have learned, that putting "Fear" in people works. Designate these punks as terrorist, and put a cop in-front of gun stores, and open air markets.

Officials: West Side man is city's first 2013 homicide victim

Officials: West Side man is city's first 2013 homicide victim

New Year, so we need a new attitude.  It's time for law makers to start charging these bums like the terrorist that they are. How many times do we have to bitch about it? We all know that every gun used in these terrorist attacks are illegally obtained. That should be a mandatory 25 years from the start.

It's time for you law makers, and prosecutors to get serious. Banning assault weapons is a start, but what about the dummies that run into these stores, and open air markets buying ordinary guns for terrorist? Don't stop at a ban. Get databases in order so law enforcement will know WHO"S Buying.
