Okay. " He was out on parole after he was sentenced to four years in prison for
robbery in 2009, according to the Illinois Department of Corrections
and police." He didn't even do the 4 years, or they took time off while the douche-bag sat in the County Jail. WHY?
What's so hard about making them complete their education while locked up? You know, a GED, or if they are in longer, a degree? But no! We let them have access to expensive gym equipment at our expense. Last time I checked, walking, jogging, push-ups, and sit-ups don't cost taxpayers anything. WHY?
