Now this is a complete bummer. One would assume the United States would at the very least crack the top 10. Especially with people of Sara Palin, and Michelle Bachmanns' ilk.
Those two have too be drunk as a skunk with all the garbage spewing from their collective mouths. And then again, maybe it's a good thing we as a country haven't cracked the top 10. Imagine the horror of us as a nation electing McCain and Palin? The entire world would have thought us drunk off our asses.
