So what is happening with the money confiscated? Anyway, this is another example of the failure of the "War on Drugs".
Just legalize marijuana, and put up stronger sentencing guidelines for the more addictive drugs like cocaine and heroin. The "War on Drugs" is a joke, and complete failure.
