No folks they cannot enjoy the same protections within the Second Amendment. Weapons of this nature have only one intent. Obliteration of humans. On a constitutional level, this falls in the "Cruel and Unusual Punishment" category. Only a person with malicious intent would own such a weapon for "Hunting".
