A 16 year old female was among one of the dead trying to help a person being beaten. When you catch this coward, please lock him up for life. He has no decency, soul, and no redemptive value. Shooting an unarmed child is the most heinous crime one can ever commit. It was premeditated. He aimed and fired at a 16 year girl trying to help a person being beaten. I implore our politicians when they conduct their next legislative session, that they pass into law designating all documented gang members as domestic terrorist.
