About that second link. If you really want those horrific numbers to drop, simply designate them as domestic terrorist and not gang members. Only a complete idiot wants to do life in prison. These cowards do exactly what terrorist do. They plan their attacks and run away because they are cowards. Putting National Guardsmen on the streets will help nothing because they are not trained police officers. Pass legislation designating these cowardly assholes as domestic terrorist.
