Yesterday, I caught an article about California going for new gun control laws with no mention of sentencing guideline reform. Good luck with that. If you don't correct the sentencing guidelines and allow citizens the legal means in suing gun makers and gun store owners, nothing will change.

On another note. The first individual or group that opens a "Smart Gun Only" store, will become a billionaire. In the meantime, politicians still don't care.
