Okay. " He was out on parole after he was sentenced to four years in prison for robbery in 2009, according to the Illinois Department of Corrections and police." He didn't even do the 4 years, or they took time off while the douche-bag sat in the County Jail. WHY?

What's so hard about making them complete their education while locked up? You know, a GED, or if they are in longer, a degree? But no! We let them have access to expensive gym equipment at our expense. Last time I checked, walking, jogging, push-ups, and sit-ups don't cost taxpayers anything. WHY?

I have no problem with this decision. The bottom line is clear. If you pass an unconstitutional law, it cannot stand. The Second Amendment may be "dated", but it gives Americans, regardless of race, the "Right..." The majority of our lawmakers have a degree or two in constitutional, criminal, and civil law. Passing sweeping, unconstitutional laws reflects poorly on their academic knowledge.

We in the City of Chicago already have to jump through hoops, and pay unjust "Fees" just to own a firearm for self defense in our own homes, and can't even sit in our own front, or backyards with the weapon concealed or not. While I'm not fan of the NRA, they do from time to time advocate for the little guy, or gal. My only beef with this organization, are the stupid laws, and legislation they and that pitiful organization ALEC" come up with, and shove through the legislative body. A perfect example is that horrendous "Stand Your Ground Law" in certain states. That crap legislation also reflects badly on their academic knowledge, and should be banned.
