Here's what he really meant:  “It’s teenagers, it’s gangs. And frankly, I wish we could put them all in an arena and let them kill the hell out of each other because that would solve the problem,” said Burch. He said what all of us are thinking. Sadly, we are a country of laws so you know if we rounded them up, lawsuits will be filed and judges would order a halt for such an action. Not a bad idea though.
