An alderman is calling for new curfew legislation to stop these delinquent teens from running amok downtown. Yet, the mayor of the city doesn't want to do that. That mayor wants to spend taxpayer funds for more activities for these delinquent teens. That alderman should inform that mayor those kids run downtown at night not during the day. Wasting taxpayer funds for activities during the day doesn't make sense when these clowns bum-rush downtown at night. I suggest they hit the parents in the wallet/purse.
