Oh look! A paid off federal, not an ounce of common sense, judge makes a beyond stupid ruling about military style assault weapons. This makes me wonder how many judges have served in the military? If they did, they know for a fact that civilians that voted for a convicted felon have ZERO business owning a military style assault weapon. And don't give me that second amendment argument. The founding fathers never foresaw the evolution of firearms. The ones that followed should have re-wrote the second amendment that denied owning military style assault weapons for civilian use. The minute the repeater and machine gun was made, congress should have wrote, Oh Hell No! You mentally incapacitated doorknobs will not even come close to this kind of fire power. Such a move would have stopped this boob of a federal judge.
