If you think the supreme court will do anything about this insanity, don't hold your breath. They are adding more fuel to the fire with these bullshit decisions. You can't have clean water, fresh air, and safe food. They basically sent mixed signals on immunity. One thing is very clear. That ass was not president on Jan 6th and he incited a mob to storm the capitol and assault police officers among many other things. I just hope the lower court remembers those traitorous actions.
