With this rash of retail thefts, do detectives do stake-outs anymore? Do they only work during the day? I know I'm being sarcastic. Even us lay people would like knowing why these stores don't have detectives staking these places out? There's a pattern with these thefts. Stake them out. These criminals are dumb. They will get caught.
