What did a 13 year old do to get shot by a group of low-life cowards? If our lawmakers had an ounce of brains they would pass legislation that would give out life in prison sentences for those caught using an illegally obtained weapon during the commission of a crime. At least it's something that may deter these domestic terrorist.
