Odd, isn't it? Only one alderman out of God knows how many wants a solution on what to do about these murderous gang member's. Here's one. When they are caught, charge them under RICO law. Here's another one. How about passing legislation designating them as domestic terrorist? We all know they launder money via the sale of drugs and get straw buyers for illegal gun sales. That's a RICO offense. Try any or all for a start.
