Well, there you have it. Early voting has begun and the two run-off candidates for mayor vowed to reduce such incidents. Both of them called for hiring/retraining officers with one exception. One of them wants to cut the budget of police so he can get more social workers involved, so we don't have 3 idiot juveniles stealing cars. Let's see how either of these plans working without raising taxes. I'm out.
