Once they catch these domestic terrorist, the prosecutors should make clear this was a targeted attack. By doing such, it would enable a much longer prison sentence. That's why we need sentencing guideline reform. Drive-by shootings should be classified as domestic terrorist attacks and should carry a life in prison sentence. Come on legislators, get you shit together and do this. I'm out.
