At Least 35 Shot, 6 Killed So Far In Weekend Gun Violence In Chicago: At least 35 people had been shot in Chicago this weekend as of Sunday night, and six of them had been killed.
Thirty-three people were shot over the weekend, seven of them fatally.
One site missed a death, the other missed two victims. Meanwhile, there's still nothing being done on a legislative level designating these monsters as domestic terrorist. It can be done and, will withstand constitutional muster. Case in point. Every local law enforcement agency has a documented gang members list. Federal law enforcement has a terrorist watch list. Transfer those on the documented gang members list to the federal watch list. Why you ask? They both do the same thing. They instill terror in those affected neighborhoods. Now you have a choice on which is cheaper? Do you invest in these ignored community's and bring the crime rate down or, do you spend more on prisons than the cost of the investment? Think about that.
