Damn shame. The three caught are no doubt repeat offenders. The big question is if they will be back on the streets in a few months? I believe they will. That's how fucked up the current criminal justice system is. A repeat offender has exhausted their right of freedom. Lock them up and throw away they key. Sorry, but that's just the way I feel when you pass a new repeat offender law and don't use it. I feel the same way when you have RICO and the Patriot Act and don't use it against domestic terrorist and known gang members. Is it a skin color thing?
