There's not much detail but one can deduce, when they took the idiot into custody you can bet he didn't obtain the gun legally. The big question remaining is, what and how will they prosecute this case? Is the idiot a "known gang member"? How did he get the gun? And lastly, will they throw the book at him if he's a repeat offender?
