Oh well, just like I've stated before, just pick up or look online at your own local news and see how many were killed and wounded. Even on is bad. Yet, this is happening everyday. If anyone dares attempting holding the mayor, governor, and the rest of our politicians accountable, the first bone-head move they'll make, is turn this into a police state. We know that is not the answer.
It begins with mental and addiction services. You also should rebuild our corrupt educational system. Everyone knows a decent education leads towards opportunities. So with that being said, a police state is never the answer, common sense is.
