Think about this. Since becoming governor, Rauner has done nothing about gun violence. The mayor has done nothing about the violence except give random speeches. The state legislature has done nothing about the violence. The city council has done nothing about the violence. The Cook County Commission except for ONE has done nothing about the violence. Religious leaders except for ONE has done nothing about the violence. The States Attorney's office has pleaded with legislative leaders to implement legislation dealing with the violence.
As of today, nothing is being done about the violence. Are you still wondering why?
