When you wake up everyday and see shooting totals like those above, you must call it terrorism. There's no other words for this daily carnage.

One lawmaker called it. The rest just tucked their tails and ran away. Even the mayor and governor. Why are prosecutors not charging these terrorist under the "Patriot Act"? The police have a "documented gangs list" yet, can't charged them until they break the law. The federal government has a "No Fly List" for anyone suspected of terrorism. Why are the "documented gang members" not on that list?

Everyday it's this many killed and that many wounded. That is terrorism folks. Where's the mass protest from citizens and clergy? Why the glaring silence from lawmakers except one? What will it finally take for ending this daily carnage?
