Meanwhile, our politicians continue ignoring the carnage. Did you know the majority of these shitheads know each other and live within the same neighborhood? This fact makes a person wonder, since the police have a documented gangs list, why haven't they put these shitheads under surveillance?
They are not hiding. They just go where there are no cameras everyday and night. With that being said, here's a history of gangs lesson. They never leave the neighborhood. They just go as far as around the block. They do this everyday and night. They know that wandering into rival territory without an agenda, they'll get a beating or worse, end up dead. They all are repeat offenders.
So again I ask. Why haven't these shitheads been under surveillance?
