It isn't rocket science elected officials. For some strange reason, we haven't heard a peep, idea, and advocacy for such actions. I wonder why that is? Could it be that it isn't as prevalent in your neck of the woods? Well I have a news-flash for you. It's because your children pick up their dope up at these places. But don't fear. If you continue doing nothing, it will spread.
Then, and only then, we will see you spring into action. Remember when the great crack explosion hit your communities? Boy you sure jumped into action then.
