At least local, state, and federal officers did their job rounding up fugitives unlike one entity raiding Home Depot and vendors just trying to make a living. Don't get me wrong. The second link shouldn't be a problem for local detectives. The lady already told them and railroad personnel what route the thieves take, so a stakeout is the obvious choice. Now that it's out in the open let's see how law enforcement reacts since it appears they just flat-out dismissed the lady and didn't do shit about the trespassing.
