The first link is a classic example of parental failure. A 16 year old boy and a 17 year old girl driving around possibly without even a permit, get shot when they both should have been home. The law in this state clearly says a licensed driver must be in the vehicle with a driver with a permit. I doubt very seriously that 17 year old girl had such license. Stupidity, and parental failure has a price. As heartless as it appears, it's true.
