Criminals and terrorist don't care how much you tax law-abiding citizens. They will not pay it. They would rather rob and kill their straw purchaser as opposed to paying them.
That's the only problem I have with this "Idea". Criminals, and terrorist don't care about taxes, fees, or however you may want to call this. The only purpose they serve in life, is creating havoc, fear, and death amongst the citizenry. This "Tax" will only affect law-abiding citizens, not these heartless killers. Think about this. In a morbid sort of way, this "Tax" may result in the death of a straw buyer that must increase his or her own price to these ruthless killers.

16, obviously not in school, running the streets "robbing" people. How does such a thing happen? Indifference from the parent or parents? Drug addicted parents? Who facilitated the kids access to weaponry? These are just a few of the questions that beg addressing, if any of us can begin rectifying circumstances of this nature ever happening again.
This country truly needs a system that can, and must track gun sales. Those so-called "straw purchasers" have to be sent a message that once those guns come up missing, they must be reported on that day or night. No more lame excuses. Report it, or pay a hefty fine. We are talking about lives here. Now I'm fully aware the NRA leadership is totally against such legislation. But the dues paying members see things differently. As you nay have heard or read, a majority of members support some type of gun control to help law enforcement keep these weapons out of criminal/terrorist hands. Why the dues-grabbing leaders do not, is anyone's guess. But that is a problem that can be addressed. Sometimes, ordinary people like the NRA members, will stop paying dues in-order to let the dues grabbers know, that they are wrong on certain issues, and legislation.
Like I've stated, it's just a few questions we can all address, for rectifying circumstances of this nature ever happening again.

Still need more evidence these are the acts of terrorist? Violence is a sickness. We all know this. The question remains, how does one treat this sickness? There are multiple methods out there that address treatment. But all you here from politicians, is cut, cut, cut.
One would think with all this cutting, where do they ever find the money to vote themselves a pay raise? I know. They take it from "Sales Taxes", lottery proceeds, and any other fee or fine they can think of. This is something they will never admit. Yet that old adage, "Follow The Money" always applies. They write their laws, and budgets in such legalese language with the hope voters will just throw their hands in the air. But skip over the language, and crunch the numbers. The numbers are always in budget proposals. That's where voters basic math skills come in. To this very day, the Chicago Public Schools have stockpiles of equipment, condiments, and furniture sitting in warehouses. Yet every year, they present a budget. Remember all those "Blue Trash Cans" sitting in a warehouse? Same thing folks.
The next time you hear ANY politician yammering on about "Waste, Fraud, and Abuse", think where it starts. Take away their useless perks, and you will soon see more police on the streets, sentencing guidelines reformed, and strictly enforced, and these cowardly terrorist dealt with. We voters have been cut enough. Time for them to cut themselves.

Okay prosecutors, need anymore proof, or definition of terrorist activity? Two kids playing football, minding their own business, only to be traumatized for possibly life, because of a mindless coward.
Kids prosecutors, just ordinary kids playing football. They can't even do that anymore? What will it take? Does it have to spread into your neighborhoods before you finally designate them as terrorist? I'm almost positive the State Department, Justice, FBI, hell even local law enforcement will be pleased if you decided to make such a distinction. Imagine all the tools that will become available should you decide making crimes of this nature a terrorist act?
A terrorist is a terrorist, is a terrorist. It doesn't care what religion it holds, or doesn't. It doesn't care what skin color a person is. It only cares about inflicting horror amongst civilians, through mindless, cowardly tactics. So what are you waiting for?

Hold up, wait a minute! Check this out: " Ervin stopped paying the mortgage in early 2009 and, later in the year, Wells Fargo filed a foreclosure action against the Ervins." Wow!
This dude is an employee of the City Of Chicago, and had the gall to do a walk away? Last week Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac issued a press release stating they would go after "People" that had the capacity to pay their mortgage. From the looks of things, he sure did.
Here's another kick in pants. What kind of organization was Daley running? Did his people even bother doing a Background check on this guy? And yet, still today, they actually wonder why people have such disdain for them? Look at the bullshit you clowns constantly get involved in. You couldn't even dig in your bloated pockets and buy some security cameras for that place? You had a well paying (Tax Payer) gig in Maywood before old Rich tapped you. Yet you just threw your hands in the air, and walked away. Wow!
