I take it a few people in the city of  Elgin aren't that educated when it comes to finance and budgeting? THC products are cash cows unless you have corrupt politicians stuffing their pockets with those revenues. As for the rest, the parents must be proud of their stupid-ass son thinking such a heinous thought of doing a mass shooting.
