I'm kind of bewildered of the fact workers were cutting off the power at this site when that's the job of the utility company. I mean, standard procedure is you notify said utility company that you need the power shut off because your company will be doing work at the site. Why were those two sent up on a lift to cut a power line? Isn't the fuse box inside the building? Is it just me, or do you all smell a lawsuit coming? As for the rest, what the fuck!
