Look, I get it. Your hands are tied because of these butt-licking politicians that are afraid of the gun nuts. You can't go straight to Washington and ask for funds because the mayor and governor will take that money and give it to their cronies. I get it. But here's something you can do as the top cop. Lock them bitches up for corruption. Who knows, maybe they will get the message that you are serious about combating crime in this city? Do you hear the gunfire while on your tour?
