You Mr. Daley were as quiet as a church mouse when an elderly gentleman protected his family by shooting an intruder breaking into his home. Pretty much the same goes when an officer was gunned down when punks attempted the theft of his motorcycle. Now here we go again. The criminals have the guns Mr. Mayor. Your law-abiding citizens have been unconstitutionally stripped by you for protecting themselves and their families. It is indeed a shame that innocent citizens can't sit in their backyards, front porches, or even walk down the street because of your unconstitutional assault on our rights. You Mr. Mayor, have empowered criminals, and not us.

Stupid is as stupid does. This is the mindset of a person that just does not think. He's a father. What will he say when his child/children go off to school and other kids bring up his addictions?
You can bet he will not be a very happy person. But this is what happens when one lives a sheltered life. His children will have to bear the brunt of his buffoonery because they have to go to school, he doesn't. He surrounds himself with people that dare not mock him. His children, do not have such a luxury at school.
He's not entertaining. He's a very poor excuse for a father. Hopefully his kids will not grow up with his pathetic mindset, just like the son of Michelle Bachmann. Don't feel sorry for this mouthpiece, but hope his children don't have to endure insults from other kids at school because of his stupidity.

Only one is a juvenile. So as far as I'm concerned, the rest should also be charge with sexual misconduct, and put on the infamous pervert list.
But anyway, the non-juveniles will have a pretty rough time behind bars. We know, or have heard stories about what they do to those that harm kids. Especially those with a mental impairment. They will definitely get tattooed behind bars.

All that money going too Boeing, when just hiring people will work out much better.
John McCain has a lot of nerve complaining when he himself took campaign contributions from Boeing. How else did they get the contract for this system? From McCain lobbying for it, that's how. Often times, one has too face the facts. There are just some things people can do better. Hire the right people for patrolling our borders on the North and South. The only "cost over-run" you will have with using people, is overtime.
Just think of all the people employed with the amount of money wasted on a system that "Needs" people for fixing it? This is a great opportunity to put real humans back to work. You don't have to be a rocket scientist for training people to patrol, observe, report, and apprehend people illegally crossing our borders. A high school diploma, and a month or two of training, like "Boot Camp", should suffice. Even those with a college degree, should go through boot camp. Training is critical here.
So get off your collective butts Congressional leaders and come up with a bill that will put people first. This is a great opportunity for a "Jobs Program". Hiring people will work out better.

Seems like this should have been done years ago. Check out the quote: " Daley offered no specifics on what he will propose. But he talked about the possibility of ballistics tests for registered guns, so police can track them if they're used in crimes."
Now that makes complete sense for any law-abiding gun owner. For the sake of argument, let's say your gun is stolen and used in a crime? Wouldn't it make sense for law enforcement to have the ability to track that weapon faster, by matching slugs from ballistics? Of course it is. Law abiding gun owners have no problem helping law enforcement do it's job. It's the National Rifle Association (NRA) that seems to have a problem with helping law enforcement. They can't hide behind the Second Amendment when it comes to criminals using guns. Criminals should never have the "Right" to own a gun. That is a right for responsible, law abiding citizens. If someone on a "Terrorist Watch List" can get access to guns, something is very wrong.
I'm hoping the Supreme Court overturns this unconstitutional ban. Let's do ballistic test for "New" purchases, and get them into a database.

Now this is a complete bummer. One would assume the United States would at the very least crack the top 10. Especially with people of Sara Palin, and Michelle Bachmanns' ilk.

Another lesson in bad parenting. It reminds me of the Sara Palin parenting skills that lead to her daughters teen-age pregnancy.
Why on earth would any parent let a boy into their home with their daughter, unsupervised? So what do the parents do now? Beef up security, and surveillance? It's too late now, the damage has been done. The boy now has a criminal record, the girl, a tarnished reputation.

The old adage goes, people with mental disorders are "allegedly" incapable of rational thought. So what makes these guys "plan" an attack on defenseless school kids? Sure they will throw out the "copy-cat" pattern, but these individuals planned each attack by avoiding security. In each tragic incident, these killers took the time to survey each site for any lapse in security, and took advantage of it.
What by far is making these people target school children is the most vexing question. So again I ask, what in the hell is going on over there? Is it in the water?

Wow this will be a big time lawsuit for CVS. Employees are instructed not to engage shoplifters.
There is a reason behind this instruction. What if the person is armed? The life of the employee might become in jeopardy. Once that person leaves the store, it's a matter for local law enforcement. Employees are discouraged from chasing offenders out of the store. Once they do such, they are placing their own lives at risk, and are not, I repeat, not the responsibility of the company. So this employee stands the risk of losing their job because he/she left their place of employment without the consent of the company.
As for the legal ramifications, regardless if the police decided not too press charges, this matter will go towards the District, or States Attorney's office. Despite the police determining it an "accident", the coroner determined it a "homicide". With that ruling alone, someone will face charges. And should it be proven true about the "off-duty officer" that drew a weapon, come forward. Don't be a gutless coward. It may be possible that you might have been some place you were not supposed too be. That would explain your leaving the scene, and placing a phone call. Remember, phone records can be checked.
The bottom line here is the "known rule". Do not engage robbers, or shoplifters. Nothing good will ever come from it.

I take it this guy never read that passage about "doing unto others...?" I generally tend to stay away from topics of a theological nature because those that shout it, are hypocrites. They never can comprehend the utter stupidity of what they say. It goes against everything that Christ taught, and said. Here's a little news flash for Mr. Graham. Issac and Ishmael were half brothers. So do a little research and follow the ancestral line.

And you wonder why elected officials keep cutting mental health services? This loon should be in an asylum, but they don't pay as well as sticking him in a jail or prison. It's all about the dollars.
Sure they will give him a Prozac and call it a day. But what will happen if this person skips his daily dose? Mental Health facilities are being gutted all across the country by elected officials because they can't bring in enough money for their coffers. And it doesn't matter what the party affiliation is. We have a tendency of just laughing it off, and saying oh you're crazy. But later, these same people that need the help, carry out their threat. It may not be at WWE Headquarters, but maybe a friend, or family member. This is a classic case of a "Red Flag Going Up". Police, neighbors, family, and friends should be ever vigilant. This person clearly isn't capable of rational thinking. The proof is in his response when told he can't even visit "Live Events".

This jerk should have never been elected for any office, not even toilet cleaner. We have criminals walking around now that's much smarter then this super-creep ever will be. He's sticking it right in the face of taxpayers with his shameful actions. Enough is enough. Arrest him now.
