Okay, I got beef with that 4th link. They city is going after the "contractor" but who in the fuck hired the contractor in the first place? The person that hired the tree planter has some sort of responsibility right? And don't get me started on that high priced vet. Even with insurance an emergency hospital visit cost us humans 100 bucks. I wonder if she bought pet health insurance? 200 bucks just to feel up and look at a dog? WTF!
