What is so wrong with these monsters that they must kill and wound each other instead of a good old fashioned fist fight? There's way too many illegally obtained firearms in this nation, which is the main cause of all these shootings by domestic terrorist. Yes, that's what I'm calling them. The bulk of the shootings happened in one location. Someone decided it was a good idea to get a large group of people together for a birthday party. That celebration turned tragic. If you do things of this nature you must be very aware of your surroundings, and the people you invite. If any of them have gang ties, rival gangs will take notice. Here's my final tip. If none of you have been vaccinated, and guessing from the ages from those that attended this one, 20's-40's, don't have large gatherings period. Use your brains and not guns.

From the second link it appears people are beginning to get fed up with this insanity. I mean, if you go visit these neighborhoods, there no decent paying jobs within. Community wise, the local politicians should advocate for funds from marijuana sales so they can at the very least hire people to keep the neighborhoods clean, and pay them a decent wage. In the meantime, the debate rages on in the Congress on what to do about these weapons. Well, first off you can pass universal background checks and close the gun show and internet loopholes. After you are done with that, you can pass legislation requiring that all gun purchasers buy insurance nationwide. Look at it this way. You must register an automobile and have insurance, so why not do the same with guns? Here's something else states can do. Pass legislation enabling you to sue other states with weaker gun laws.
