Madness Continues: 2 teens hurt in Thursday shootings

If there ever is a silver lining, one suspect was caught. I'm betting the idiot is a repeat offender. I wonder how much prison time he'll get for premeditated attempted murder? I even wonder if the prosecution will include premeditation charges? From the looks of things the teen was targeted. This particular case will demonstrate if the criminal justice system works, or is broken beyond repair. In the meantime, the GOP controlled senate still doesn't give a fuck about any of us, just the Russians and the wealthy donors.

It figures after a day of no gun violence Tuesday. The current laws are too lenient on these repeat offenders. These mini-terrorist know they will be back out on the streets because the criminal justice system isn't charging under with RICO crimes. If prosecutors include those charges, we'd never see these bums ever again.
So what's the problem? Are prosecutors incompetent? Or just don't give a shit? The state did pass a law cracking down on repeat offenders. Yet, we never hear, or see any of the current arrestees charged under the new law. And guess what? They are repeat offenders. So, why are they still on the streets with parole or probation for weapons charges?
