The first link is business as usual for the terrorist and politicians and clergy. The terrorist continue their murderous carnage, as the politicians and clergy look the other way. No press conference, no marches on city hall and downstate. The second link is an eye-opener and a wake-up call.

In the second link, the survey respondents brazenly stated the low risk of getting caught with a illegal firearm because of the police departments inability, or lack apprehension. Here's the excerpt from the study:

"And those who carry guns think there is little chance of being caught by police for illegally possessing or selling a firearm — or even for shooting at someone.
Wesley Skogan, a Northwestern University professor who researches crime policy, said that perception stems from the low rate at which murders are solved.
“Your risk of being shot by someone else is greater than your risks of being caught by police,” Skogan said. “If you think somebody is coming after you, you shoot them first because there isn’t going to be any justice afterward if you’re shot.”

That is truly mind-blowing but so sadly true. If that isn't an eye-opener and wake-up call, I don't know what is.
