Here we go again. The domestic terrorist strike again. I call them that because for some strange reason law enforcement doesn't call them "documented gang members" anymore. If they are documented that means the police may have a hint at who's doing these shootings. Naturally, they would track them down and find out their whereabouts when these shootings took place. It's a start.
