Maybe I missed something about how laws are implemented in certain cities, towns, and villages. But, since when did "disorderly conduct", (last time I checked was a misdemeanor), became a "Class 4 felony"? Shouldn't this douche be charged with "terrorism"? Is it me? Am I missing something here? How about we go into conspiracy theory land? I might as well since we already have tin foil wearing ass-clowns at FOX and other right-wing sites.
First off the theory list. Was this law implemented for rounding up more people of color? Why take a misdemeanor and bump it up? There's only one explanation for such a move. Mass incarceration folks. Why they charged this ass-clown as such, is only because the politicians intent with this law backfired and caught one of their own and not a person of color. See, if a person of color "talked back" or "protested" an officer's questions or instructions, they could be slapped with a "felony" for a fucking misdemeanor offense. That is, if the person of color even committed and offense. That's how the tin-foil gang at FOX and other right-wing sites do it. But, my theory has sound footing. Think about that.
