1 Dead, 4 Wounded In Weekend Shootings « CBS Chicago
This apparently has turned into a trend folks. Out of all these shootings, only one was a "robbery". The rest are, planned assassinations.
Just read the article. Only attacks of this nature are planned. These are not spur of the moment shootings. What I don't understand, is why they are never charged with conspiracy? The first shooting in this article is a classic example. The shooter had a getaway driver in waiting. That's a planned assassination.
