Supreme Court rules for Secret Service in Cheney case
A very interesting ruling that suggest had he not touched the war criminal, the probability of winning a decision would have greatly risen. That's the take0away I get from such a ruling. The only reason he was arrested, was for putting an open hand on a disgusting war criminal.
The lesson. Always use your constitutionally protected free speech, but never, never touch war criminals.
