I'm no lawyer, but if you can board a tanker and seize it, you can also board these so-called drug boats and find out if they truly are. In my book, this is illegal and could fall under crimes against humanity. Lastly, that second link lets you know racism is alive and well. Should I be one of those wrongful arrest, I'd make sure the prosecutors were included in the lawsuit. They knew that charge was bullshit, and it should have never reached a judge.
