Ask yourself this. How are these criminals getting these firearms? This state has background checks in-place. These criminals use straw buyers to go to red states with weaker guns laws to buy them. Making repeat firearm purchases in this, and many other sane states will alert law enforcement. If the straw buyer doesn't report those out of state firearms stolen after he or she sold them to criminals, his or her ass is grass.
